Danny Novak and Chad Skluzacek have helped the St. Benedict Saints reach a pivotal game in the region playoffs. Dan Novak has caught every game for the Saints in the playoffs and also pitched in elimination game against St. Patrick. Novy has been a lead-off hitter for the Saints in a few of their games. Chad is pitched in two games for the Saints, he received a loss against Hampton but got the win against Veseli on August 12th. On August 14th the Saints will travel to Cannon Falls to play Hampton, winner goes to state, loser goes home and spends a cold winter contemplating what went wrong.   |
