Darren Rock and the coaching staff would like to invite the Aldergrove/Langley players to our Bantam Fall/Winter program starting Thursday, October 11th.

This program was created in order to assist further player development prior to next seasons AA & AAA tryouts.

The program consists of the following:

• Saturdays - Twist Gym (Intense Core/Conditioning Training) http://www.twisttricities.com/ Start time 12:15 pm. The facility is located at Unit # 101 - 1776 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam.
• Sundays - North Langley Batting Cage. Noon to 2 pm. Pitching Sessions.
• Mondays - Hitting from 5 to 7 pm. The players will be divided into two groups. Each group will be assigned a 1 hour session.

Based on 16 players, the cost per player is $100 a month. The program's monthly cost may fluctuate depending on the number of players registered.
