PRESTON CROSSING, SASKATOON, SK:  Not even cloudy skies and cold temperatures could stop people from lining up for burgers and dogs this weekend.  The Cardinal players, parents and coaches flipped, flopped and fried burgers all day and the people kept coming.  “The support has been great” said barbeque organizer Darlene Machibroda.  “We thought the cool weather might keep things quiet, but we have had a steady stream of people of all day.  We even had to run out and restock our supplies to keep up with the demand”.  The Cardinals would like to thank Canadian Tire, Old Dutch, Safeway, Nestors Bakery, Prairie Meats, and Sobeys for their donations.
