Orlando, FL- Behind a game-high 20 points by senior guard Amy Staha and 11 points by senior forward Jonelle Smith, the nationally-ranked Pflugerville Panthers posted a 66-35 victory over West Orange (Fla.) Friday afternoon in the opening game of the KSA Holiday Tournament. The games are being played at the Disney ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

The Panthers, now 21-0, held West Orange (3-7) to 10 second-half points as the P'ville defense forced 19 second-half turnovers. 

Pflugerville faces undefeated South Park (7-0) from central Pennsylvania on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 8:15 am Eastern in its second of three tourney games. South Park easily handled Washington Township (NJ) 67-18 Friday in its opening game.

The Pflugerville junior varsity opened tourney play with a 40-9 win over Ridgedale High from Morrel, Ohio. The Panthers were led by freshman post Alexis Bryant who had a game-high 16 points.
