ANGELS WIN USSSA END OF SUMMER BASH TOURNAMENT!

The Angels avenged a pool play loss to the Hartsville Rebels in grand fashion by forcing the mercy rule after 5 innings with a 9-0 win in the championship game. Winning pitcher, Preston Lane pitched a complete game giving up no runs and just four singles while striking out 5 and giving up just one walk.

In a must win game, Trey Merrit pitched a complete game as the Angels won in extra innings 11-6. Merritt gave up only 5 hits and no earned runs over 8 innings.

Wilson Mishoe pitched a complete game 3 hit shutout in the first game as the Angels won 9-0 in five innings.

GK Young led the offense with 10 rbi's and a .533 average
