| It was a great afternoon for baseball. After a shakey first inning, Matt was able to find the umpires strike zone and settle in for a couple of good innings. Brandon threw well as did Jamie, coming in as our closer. The bats were making contact, but managed to hit their fielders most of the time. Credit to Triangle's players for making plays. We were on teh come back trail, but were thwarted by the umpires strike zone again. Hopefully we learn to foul off those close pitches. All in all a decent effort in a losing casue. Jays lose 11-8. |
