| The Forrest Rockets Hoops squad is finished with their rest during the dead period, and looking forward to improving their game. Weights and conditioning are the focus for the rest of the summer, but you can bet the players will be working on their own to develop their individual moves, ballhandling, and shooting. With school only a few weeks away, the Rockets will look to keep focused and keep getting better.
On a side note, please look for your favorite Forrest Rocket basketball players as well as Coach Wes Hobbs at the annual Chapel Hill Tractor Pull. July 22 - 23. The players will be doing all they can to help out the Lions Club and enjoy this important event in the Chapel Hill community.
