The condition over which you have limited to no control. If it is created by a stressful condition or a sudden loss of focus,a first step is to evaluate what is going on in your immediate environment. Reacting in an emotional way sets you up for a fight or flight reaction. Fighting for a cause you believe in is an admirable feat; giving into a cause or trying to make excuses for what is happening is a weakness. Reining in emotional reactions requires belief and faith in your efforts to maintain control and to continue managing productively. Such response returns you to focused awareness and keeps you functioning with the best of the best.
