Fall Fitness Tests are set to begin Monday, 10/18/10 during athletic periods. There are seven tests over the course of the week. The tests are very demanding and meeting the goal on all seven is very difficult. On Monday, everyone is weighed and that weight is used to determine goals. The goals, spring '10 results, and top three all time records are in the handout section. There are four lifts tested for a one repetition maximum: bench press, push press, hang clean, and wide stance dead lift. The four lifting goals are based off a percentage of Monday's body weight. There are three other tests with goals based upon current weight class: overhand pull ups, mile and quarter mile. Good luck to all!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
