You need a USA card in order to compete ($40).  You need to go to Themat.com and click on membership http://www.themat.com/section.php?section_id=7  You will be asked to make a new account.  Complete that and log in with your new account.  Once logged on, you need to purchase a USA Competitor's Card from the membership section.  Print it out and bring it with you to Freestyle tournaments.  You do not need a singlet to compete and you can register at the door.
