Wrestlers need summer wrestling technique instruction!  Summer camps are not mandatory to remain on the Seven Lakes Wrestling Team, but it is expected that all returning wrestlers participate in at least one camp before returning in August.  Click here for more advice.

Getting to a camp will give wrestlers the best chance to win wrestle off matches, secure a full time Varsity spot, and advance toward post season goals.  More importantly, camps give team members a chance to bond with each other as well as meet new like minded dedicated wrestlers to learn from and make friends with.
