LAKE ANDES — The Outlaws beat Andes Central/Marty 15-3 in five innings Monday in a high school baseball game in Lake Andes.
Reid Smith threw three innings and gave up a single hit and struck out three to earn the win. Deitric Deiser threw all five innings and gave up 10 hits and 12 earned runs for Andes Central/Marty.
Kaleb Kopfmann hit a bases-clearing triple to lead the Outlaws as part of a five-run first inning. He finished the day 1-for-3. Cole Wenande was 2-for-3 with a triple and an RBI, Trevor Doyle was 1-for-3 with a triple and an RBI, Nate Zens was 2-for-4 with an RBI, Cody London had an RBI and Austin Letcher had a double and an RBI.
Aaron Long had ACM’s only hit.

The Outlaws are now 8-2 and play Beresford Sunday, April 18. The JV game starts at 2:00 pm and a varsity doubleheader will follow.
