TRIPLE CROWN ST. AUGUSTINE OCT 11 & 12

I have booked a block of 12 rooms for the team at the Comfort Suites World Golf Village in St. Augustine.  Coming in Frid. Oct 11th and checking out on Sun 10/13.  The cost if staying 2 nights is $94 + tax per night.  If staying 1 night it will be $104 + tax.  This includes a hot breakfast buffet.  This hotel is the "host" hotel for the tournament, and several teams will be staying there.  They also host the coaches meeting held Frid. evening.  Each family must contact the hotel by Oct. 1 and secure your room with a credit card. When calling to secure your room, please tell them you are with the NSB Cudas or Assault Baseball ( I am not sure which one she put the Assault under), and that there is a block of rooms already reserved.  **Any rooms that are not secured on Oct. 2nd will be released.

Rate for one night stay add $10.00 per night.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to day of arrival or one night room and tax will be charged.

Method Reservation:   Individual Book & Pay.   Credit Card Guarantee required at time of booking. 

Room block will be released by the cut-off date of October 2, 2013.
