Conditioning will start October 5, 2009 @ 2:30, and will take place every Monday and Wednesday throughout October. We will increase the number of days as we get closer to lacrosse season.
Make sure all of your documentation is up-to-date before Conditioning starts.
Things to bring to conditioning: ~Proper clothes (tshirt and shorts, under armour is also recommended) ~Proper shoes. I also recommend you put an extra pair of shoes or sandals in your bag as the practice field is usually wet or muddy. (running shoes, lacrosse cleats, or turf shoes) ~Your own water bottle. Raul and I will work with the managers to make sure we have water at practice, but you need to bring your own water bottle. This will help prevent the spread of diseases.
***Remember: you CANNOT change outside by the portables or in your car.
