Conditioning sessions will begin in December on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 to 5:00 pm during December, January, and February.
A completed sports physical must be on file in the office before a player can participate. Bring any personal medical devices or supplies (inhaler, epi pens, etc.) to each conditioing sessions.
Come prepared to condition for indoor and outdoor sessions. Sessions will held indoors if the outside temperature is under 40*F.
Participants will be expected to perform repetative excercises which will include, but not be limited to: mile run, stair climbs, push ups, sit ups, burpees, sprints, squats, and jumping.
Try Outs will take place Monday and Tuesday February 17 and 18 from 3:45 until 5:30pm. Uniform distribution will take place Wednesday February 19th from 3:45 until 5:30. The Classroom training session will be held the same week TBA.
