Countdown to Opening Day (Jun 5/10)

Congratulations to Kellen Jones who was picked in the 8th round by the Edmonton Oilers. He and Connor will be heading to a rookie camp next week before rejoining the O's for the rest of the season. The Orioles are looking ahead to an exciting summer. After participating in the 2009 National Championship in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia last August, the Orioles set their sights on returning to Nationals next year. That will be determined at Butler Park this August as the Orioles host the 2010 BC Provincial Championship with the winner of that tournament travelling to Newfoundland in 2011.

A full slate of games through June and July will prepare the team including games against San Francisco, Portland and last year's champion Burnaby Bulldogs.
