Posted Jun 18/10 - RiverCats Fall to the Blue Jays

The Rivercats ended their season in Vancouver with a 10-7 loss to the Blue Jays. The Cats led through most of the game but their defense could not hold, allowing the Jays to fly through for a well-earned Victory.

Tonight's semi-final game is vs. the Vancouver Bluejays at Nanimo Park at 6:00 PM. Please be at the park no later than 5:15 for a strong warm up. Let's go get them, boys!

The South Fraser Giants are a 13U travel team based in Richmond, BC, Canada. We are a select travel team and play in tournaments in Washington State.

TEAM RULES

Here are a few rules which I expect to be followed:

Bring all of your equipment with you to practices and games

Glove

Bat

Batting helmet

proper shoes (cleats if outdoors, runners if indoors)

Baseball pants or sweatpants

Baseball hat

Long sleeve undershirt or turtleneck (not white)

Light windbreaker

Arrive on time

Practices - 15 minutes early

Games - 45 minutes early to have a proper warm up (helps avoid injury)

Work at Home

baseball is tough, please practice what you learn at HOME
