Rules for 2012 Men’s League Softball

1. Dues are $200.00 payable to Aaron Majerus  by July 4^th, 2012
2. MUST start game with 7 players
3. MUST be 15 years old to play
4. Game time is 7:00pm
5. Plate is a strike
6. One and One count, NO courtesy
7. Arch limit 6’ and up
8. MUST slide at home to avoid CONTACT ONLY
9. Slide or leave base path
10. 5 home runs per game, then a single  Much touch First base, but then don't have to Circle bases.
11. Twenty run rule after 5 innings / 10 after 6 innings
12. ASA bats only
13. No metal cleats  (football spikes OK)
14. EH & DH are allowed
15. No courtesy runner unless injured that night
16. Two umps at all times.  Must ump our own with only 6 teams this year.
17. Hit your own balls (balls supplied by league) HIT EM, YOU GET EM!  
18. MUST play 4 nights or 8 games to be eligible for tournament
19. Rain out called by the two teams playing, decide when to be rescheduled.
