Cascades Baseball  is a competitive adult men's baseball team from Washington and British Columbia.

Yes, that is real baseball played at the higher levels of national adult competition. We travel to several local & regional tournaments. We also play in national tournaments in Las Vegas, Tucson and Florida (Roy Hobbs World Series) at the 38+ level.

We have always traveled with a core group of great hitters from the Tacoma area and have been joined by outstanding players from Canada at the national level. We have reached the semi-finals of these tournaments on several occasions and as recently as 2010 won the Roy Hobbs 38+ Presidents Day Classic in Tucson Az. and in 2008 won the Roy Hobbs 38+ Las Vegas tournament.

While we play the game seriously and continue to have great success, we play for the joy of the game.
