• 10 Minute Warm-up to include: stretching, short run & throwing
• 3 – 2 inning round-robin games. Team not playing a game will practice in the outfield.
• House games: 10 pitches or walk. Last half of season play outs on the bases.
Rookie:
• 10 Minute Warm-up to include: stretching, short run & throwing
• Split practice time 20 minutes in the outfield; 20 minutes batting/infielding
• 40 minute game. 7 pitches…Hit or Out. Play like real game.
