Annual General Meeting

Monday, April 13, 2015

7:30 p.m.

Baldur Arena

General Information To Date.........

Baseball Manitoba's AGM is slated for Sunday, March 22nd and we will be following with the Pembina Hills Baseball League Annual meeting on Monday, April 13th at 7:30 p.m. at the Baldur Rec. Centre.

We ask that all Minor Baseball towns have their registration numbers in place for our annual meeting because that is the main purpose of that meeting.  So please start making calls in your towns to get those numbers accumulated by early April.

Baseball Manitoba is moving to an electronic registration process so they would like all A and AA team registrations by May 15th, 2015 instead of June 1st.  For AAA, Junior and Senior - June 15th is the registration dates which remains the same.

We are looking for volunteers for the position of convenors for each age category.  You are basically responsible for making the schedule, making sure all games are completed, determining the playoff format that the teams would like to have in place, if they so choose to have one.  Please let me know as soon as possible.  To date we have no one stepping up

At last years meeting, we implemented a rotation for the executive and Manitou will be taking over the Presidency at the beginning of the 2015 season.
