Wave, Locations and Directions

They have only posted the Saturday morning wave so far. Click here for the morning wave information and click here for the mainpage to the 16's division. We will play on Court 4 at 8am, which means we'll be going to Quarterpath. We had looked at hotels hoping that the 16's division would all take place at Quarterpath, as their website indicated they did last year, but the 16's this year will be in 3 different locations, each within 4 miles of the hotel. Here are directions to each location. Please print them out or copy them down as it's possible we'll have to change locations throughout the tournament.

Directions from hotel to Quarterpath Recreation Center
202 Quarterpath Road, 23185

Directions from hotel to Berkeley Middle School
1118 Ironbound Road, 23188

Directions from hotel to Walsingham Academy
1100 Jamestown Road, 23187

Quarterpath is so near the hotel that I'm not even going to look up directions between Quarterpath and the other locations but here are:

Directions from Berkeley to Walsingham

Times
In the morning wave, we are the number 1 team on the schedule so we will play at 8am, work the next game (9am) and play the final game (10am). The girls will need to be at Berkeley Middle by 7am.

The second morning wave of 16's will play immediately after that, starting at approxiamately 11am and ending at approxiamately 2pm. We will play in the first portion of the afternoon wave, which will be scheduled to start at 2pm. It will be the same pool set up in which we will play two games and work one. When we play and work within the pool will depend on how we finish our first pool.

Meals
The hotel's website does not advertise a contenital breakfast but my mom and I will be staying in a suite that includes a kitchen. Players and family are welcome to come to my suite as early as 6am on Saturday and then again on Sunday (time depending on when we'll need to be at the gym) to get something to eat. I plan on bringing cereal, milk, bread and possibly some bagels and other breakfast items. If there's anything you'd like to keep in the kitchen, whether for breakfast or other meals or snacks, just let me know and try to get it to me either before 10pm on Friday night or sometime during the day on Saturday. Please also plan to let me know by practice on Thursday if you plan to come to my suite for breakfast, just so I can have an idea of how much food to have on hand.

We will be doing a team dinner on Saturday after we finish our afternoon wave. We will provide more details later, most likely on Saturday between the morning and afternoon wave. In the meantime, please let me know how many people from each family will come to the team meal. Email me by 3pm tomorrow (Thursday) if possible or at tomorrow's practice. Thanks to those of you who have already emailed.

Packing your bag
There are likely other things you need to remember to bring but please be sure to check this list off when you're packing your bag:
  • Both jerseys
  • Knee-pads
  • Shoes
  • Socks (and extra socks)
  • Spandex
  • You personal ball
  • Sports bra - particularly because of our white tops, we need to be careful of the color of sports bras. Please try for a light (white or gray) colored sports bra.
  • Hair ties
  • Cover-up clothes - be sure you have layers to put on while we're working or while we're off. Included in those layers should be your Roanoke Juniors tee-shirt and sweatshirt.
  • Water bottle
      Working
I'll have a work schedule set up for us. I will let girls switch up a bit if they want to but I'm going to try to make it as even as possible and no one is to put pressure on anyone else to switch if they don't want to.

Also, please be aware that if our team is the work team and you personally do not have a job, you still need to stick around. You cannot leave the tournament location and I prefer that you stay within sight of the court we are working in case we need you to fill in for a quick bathroom break for a line judge or libero tracker. This is a rule for all tournaments.

***Remember, parents, it will also be helpful for us if you can shag balls while we have our four minutes to hit before each match.***

I think that covers everything. Please let me know if you have questions.
      Thanks!
      Moriah

      Practice
First of all, here is what I have down for everyone's practice plans this week:
*Hilary and Jackie will join James Eaton's (15 Club) practice on Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 at PH.
*Corey, Leah and Rachel will join Maria Rushbrooke's (14 Club) practice on Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 at PH.
*Bekah, Emily, Jordan and Taylor will join Mike Wiegand's (18 Open) practice on Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 at PH.

Please be on time and be respectful and hard working throughout practice. Remember that you are a guest at these practices. The coaches you will be reporting to have your names and the positions you play for our team but also know that you would be happy playing anywhere they need you for that day's practice. Also remember not to wear your school's gear practice. Not every team has that rule but some of them do so let's play it safe.

      Shamrock
I'm not sure what our schedule will be or where we'll be playing to start out this weekend. I know that when possible, they try to start the Roanoke teams at the Roanoke Civic Center but it all depends on how the age divisions shake out. We should know by Thursday at the latest.

As you know, Tamalyn and Mark have asked for individuals who are interested in earning some extra money to help with set up and take down. They are also going to ask that we as a team help take down the net of whatever court we finish on, particularly if we close a court out. We won't get paid for that but as Tamalyn says, we get a lot out of having this tournament right here in Roanoke so it won't hurt at all to help take down a little at the end of the day. If you have questions about what you will get paid for and what is expected of us as a team and won't get paid for, please contact Mark about that as he'll be able to clear up any questions.

Finally, I'm going to specifically ask the Cave Spring girls if they could help Heather set up at the CAC on Friday after school. With all of us there, it shouldn't take long at all. I can give everyone a ride straight from school and, if needed, I can even take everyone home once we're finished. I'll talk to you all about this when I see you this week but especially be sure to let me know if you have any spring sport conflicts with this.

That's all for now. Talk to you all soon!

      Entry for February 23, 2009 @ 20:30

      ***Announcement***

We will practice tomorrow as scheduled. The only possible change in tomorrow is if there is bad weather and the spring sports teams at PH need to use the gyms, which might push us back to start at 7pm. If that happens, I will try to let you know and I'll call those traveling from further away first. If you don't hear from me, assume we are practicing on time.

On Thursday, we are going to get some shared court time with the 18's Open team. I had been looking into an all out switch since some people who are still battling illness or have conflicts that might have them running late or leaving early tomorrow but that was not possible. I do think it's important that we take advantage of this opportunity to practice some with the 18's. The Thursday practice will also be at PH and will also be from 6:30 to 8:30. Again, this is not an all out switch. This is an extra practice. We will talk about it more at tomorrow's practice but I hope everyone will make it.

      Charlottesville on Sunday

Here's what I know right now about this Sunday's tournament. I'll email again once the schedule is up or if anyone has questions that the entire team needs answers to.

      Food
We're going to rotate who is in charge of what for the tournaments. For this tournament, Bekah, Jordan and Corey's families will be responsible for sandwich fixings; Taylor, Hilary and Emily's families will be responsible for healthy snacks; Jackie, Rachel and Leah's families will be responsible for desserts and drinks. I will bring plates, napkins, utenzils and cups. If you need the contact info for the people in your group again, let me know.

Remember, let's plan to provide enough food so that no one has to leave the facility to get food. Since we have 9 players, 2 coaches and their family members attending, let's try to have enough food for 25-30 people.

Last year, we were able to bring food and coolers into the facility at UVA but that may not be the case this year. We'll just have to see when we get there.

      Location/Directions
Based on how this day tournament was run last year, we will be playing in one of two places. Either Memorial Gymnasium (Mem Gym - building 24 on this map) or Slaughter Recreation Center (building 17 on this map). Last year, we were at Slaughter but we'll find out for sure where we'll play once the schedules are up.

Google directions to Mem Gym (from I-581 ramp onto I-81)

      Thank You
I want to thank everyone for all their help in making this past weekend run smoothly. I had a lot of fun and I hope you all did as well. I also want to say again that I'm proud of how the team played. There will always be things we need to continue to work on but we played a lot of good teams and, I hope, learned a lot from the entire experience.

Our next tournament is in Charlottesville on Sunday, March 1st. We probably won't know the schedule for the day until late next week. This Sunday, Leah is in charge of our team bonding. We are also going to take some time to watch game tape from this past weekend and to talk about what we need to work on based on this past weekend.

Now, looking much further ahead to ...

      Revolutionary Rumble
The folks in Williamsburg have updated their website with more information in this PDF. I've tried contacting them to find out where the 16's division will play with no luck. It looks like the tournament locations are no further than a 20 minute drive away from each other and since 16's is the largest division again, I'm going to assume that 16's will again be at the Quarterpath Rec Center, as their website indicates they were last year. I think we need to go ahead and make hotel choices because those rooms are going to start filling up fast.

Heather's husband, John, found some prices with a discount he'd be able to get for the entire team but I also included a couple options that are nearby but don't have the extra discount. My personal favorite is the Clarion Hotel. It is very close to Quarterpath and it looks like a nice place. With the discounts John found, they have a couple 2 bedroom suites still available for around $95 that would be ideal for any two families that want to split a suite as well as good rooms for everyone else. Also know that I've narrowed it down a lot but if anyone is really interested in more choices, I do have all the information still available. I'd really like to know everyone's thoughts by Thursday evening at the latest. If you have a couple preferences, let me know. If there is one you definitely are not interested in, let me know that. There are no promises but I'll do my best to make everyone happy. I also want to know if you'll be staying with the team. As always, if you have family and friends in the area you want to stay with, that's fine. Otherwise, I want you stay at the same hotel with everyone else. Please just let me know if you want a room and if you'll be sharing/willing to share with others. I need to hear from one person from each family by Thursday evening. Finally, here are the options:

      Additional Capitol Hill Information

      Pool Information
Here's the link to all Capitol Hill Pool information.
Here's the link to Roanoke 16 Club Pool information.

      Arriving in DC
Friday evening, I have plans with family and friends in the DC area but I will have my cell phone with me if you need to call for any reason.

Everyone staying at the hotel should have gotten a confirmation number via email. If you didn't get one, let me know and I'll email you your confirmation number.

      Tickets
Tickets for players and coaches are free and I will pick them up on Friday when I check us in at the Convention Center. I will buy tickets for everyone else at that time too. The $10 weekend rate is a group rate so that's why I'm going ahead and getting tickets for everyone right away on Friday. Anyone who does not get a $10 weekend pass will just have to buy a $5 ticket for each day they attend. I'll give tickets to everyone Saturday morning, either at the hotel or if you're not staying at the hotel, right outside the Convention Center.

      Downtime
Other than dinner at Hard Rock on Saturday night, you'll be on your own for eating and any downtime. The hotel does not have a complementary breakfast so be sure to plan ahead so that you have something healthy to eat each morning. Try try to remember to eat sensibly and to not do anything too strenuous in your downtime. Walking around the zoo is fine, for example. Walking the 4 miles to and 4 miles from the zoo and then around the zoo, though, might not be the best idea. Also, try to get a good nights sleep each night through the weekend.

      Carpooling
We will carpool to the Convention Center each time. If you are staying at the hotel, I will assume you are carpooling with us. If you are not staying at the hotel, I will assume you'll meet us at the Convention Center. Let me know otherwise. For those carpooling, we will set a time when we must all leave the hotel. Three players can ride with me and three players can ride with Heather. Parents, it would probably be easiest on you if you carpool as well but I'll leave it up to you all to work out the details.

On Saturday, we will leave the hotel no later than 7am. Please plan to be in the lobby by 6:50am so I can give tickets to parents as well as players before we leave for the morning. Those of you meeting us at the Convention Center, plan to be there by 7:10am.

      At the Convention Center
Be sure you know the times to meet either at the hotel or at the Convention Center before leaving the Convention Center at any given time. Even with cell phones, I don't want to have to track people down to tell them when we need to return again. You will be responsible for knowing that information. Also remember that no one is to leave early or arrive late if our team is working but they personally are not working. If any one person on the team has to be there, than eveyone will have to be there.

Parents, it will help a lot of you can help shag balls when we warm up before each match.

      Packing List
Same packing list for your volleyball bag as last time ... be sure you have everything you need!

    • Both jerseys
    • Knee-pads
    • Shoes
    • Socks (and extra socks)
    • Spandex
    • You personal ball
    • Sports bra - particularly because of our white tops, we need to be careful of the color of sports bras. Please try for a light (white or gray) colored sports bra.
    • Hair ties
    • Cover-up clothes - it's smart to bring layers. Included in those layers should be your Roanoke Juniors tee-shirt and sweatshirt.
    • Let me know if you have any questions!

      Preliminary Capitol Hill Classic Information

      Tournament Schedule
We do not yet know which wave we will be in or specific seeding within the wave but we do have a little information about when each wave will start. To keep an eye on schedule information, go here. If you happen to notice that more specifics have been added to the website before I do, let me know so I can email everyone.

      Morning wave begins at 8am
      Afternoon wave begins at 3pm

Playing times for the 2nd and 3rd days depend on how we finish on the days prior to that.

The final matches on most courts are scheduled for 2pm on the 3rd day but many courts do run later.

      Tournament Location
We will play at the Walter E. Washington DC Convention Center for the entire tournament. The address is 801 Mount Vernon Place NW

Our hotel (Hyatt Regency) is about a mile away from the Convention Center. The address is 400 New Jersey Ave NW.

Go here for google map car directions
Go here for google map walking directions
Go here for the Metro home page for more specifics on Metro options

Based on what I've seen looking at the Metro options, at least in the morning, it would hardly be worth it to take a bus or a train to the Convention Center. It might be better if we all carpool getting there and back and forget about the Metro all together.

      Tickets
Go here for complete information on tickets and other odds and ends.

Anyone who is not on a player and coach will have to purchase a ticket. They have group ticket weekend passes for $10 per pass. Those group tickets will be available on Friday, February 13th from noon until 8pm. I need to know the total number of people you would like weekend passes for. (Also, don't forget to let me know the total number of people who will join us for dinner at ESPNZone if you haven't already.) Please plan to bring me your money on Tuesday the 10th so I can get all of our tickets together. If you have friends or family in the area that might only come for one day, they can buy an individual ticket when they arrive. Individual tickets are $5 per person, per day. The booth for individual tickets will open at 7am each day and close at 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. The website says that ticket sales will close early on Sunday but I think they really mean on Monday.

      Tournament Restrictions
Here's a list of things that we absolutely may not bring into the Convention Center
      *Coolers
*Large bags (duffel bags for players should be fine)
      *Balloons
      *Chairs
*Outside food of any kind (we will need to come up with a plan to have food available to players outside the Convention Center)
"Teams will be penalized if supporters hassle the security staff about these rules. Please abide by the rules and let the tournament be enjoyable for everyone."

      Other odds and ends
Athletic trainers will be on site.

There will be a variety of vendors on site, most will operate daily from 8am to 6pm.

High Performance Youth National and Junior National Tryouts will take place on Friday, February 13th from 4pm to 8pm at the Convention Center. If you are interested, go here for more information.

That's all I have for now. I'll update as more information becomes available.

We are off the first game and will play the second, starting at 10am. I would like everyone to be at RVC West by 9am so that everyone is completely awake, has time to stretch and get a little snack if needed. Please to be sure that you something healthy for breakfast that morning.

      UPDATE

We'll practice at Patrick Henry tonight from 6:30 to 8:30. Please email me to let me know you got the message and if you'll be able to attend!
Since practice had to be canceled yesterday due to bad weather, I'm trying to get us into a gym tonight or tomorrow night. I will send an email and update this entry once we get something set. It looks like the Carter Athletic Center is not an option and Patrick Henry also looks like it has a lot of teams booked already. I'm making phone calls and sending emails trying to get it all figured out but we might be able to work something out for PH. We'll see.

      Richmond Day Tournament - January 31, 2009

      1907 Westmoreland St.
      Richmond, VA 23230

      Google Map directions from I-64

      Schedule
The schedule is still not up but typically for day tournaments, the schedule isn't posted until the Thursday or Friday before the tournament. If you want to be keeping an eye on it, though, this is the site that will eventually have the schedule. You'll notice now that the tournaments that have already taken place have blue links with the division of play. Our division/tournament is the 3rd from the bottom. "Girls 16s" will get the same blue link that you'll need to click on once the schedule is posted. If you happen to see it before I do, just shot me an email and I'll let everyone else know too.

      Food
First of all, a couple of you have asked if we need to provide enough food for parents as well and the answer is yes. Let's plan to provide enough food so that no one has to leave the facility to get food. Since we have 9 players, 2 coaches and their family members attending, let's try to have enough food for 25-30 people.

As a reminder, Jackie, Rachel and Leah's families are responsible for sandwich fixings; Bekah, Jordan and Corey's families are responsible for healthy snacks; Taylor, Hilary and Emily's families are responsible for drinks and desserts. I'll bring plates, bowls, napkins, cups and utensils.

I'm pretty sure that coolers are not allowed in RVC West but typically, people just line their coolers up outside and get what they need when they need it.

      Packing your bag

There are likely other things you need to remember to bring but please be sure to check this list off when you're packing your bag:
      • Both jerseys
      • Knee-pads
      • Shoes
      • Socks (and extra socks)
      • Spandex
      • You personal ball
      • Sports bra - particularly because of our white tops, we need to be careful of the color of sports bras. Please try for a light (white or gray) colored sports bra.
      • Hair ties
      • Cover-up clothes - we'll be playing in a warehouse and it's often cold so be sure you have layers to put on while we're working or while we're off.

If you have any questions about this, please email me or let me know at practice tomorrow.

With all the emails and attempts to clarify emails, I thought it would be best to put up one announcement here as to the status on apparel right now.

At this time, we have gotten all the apparel that we are getting as a team. Those of you who missed practice on Tuesday will get your team apparel at practice on Sunday. Everyone will need to provide their own white socks of any length and their own black spandex to wear in tournaments. We will not be purchasing extra warm-up tops or anything else as a team. However, Tamalyn is going to place an order for extra apparel if you are interested in purchasing anything individually. If you want to purchase something extra on your own, please contact Heather as she has volunteered to organize this for us. Here is the information on apparel, copied and pasted from Tamalyn:

We are going to assume for now that prices will be $10 for short sleeve $15 for Long Sleeve and $25 for hoodies. I think the hoodies will come down...but if we only order a couple dozen...they won't. I would like for you all to collect the money and the order and have to me within a week from this coming Sunday (so you have a lil more than a week). If I hear from everyone sooner I will order sooner. My advice is to set a quicker deadline for yourselves because I really want you to have money in hand before I place the order.

      So here are the options

      Sport Grey T-shirt
      Sport Grey Long Sleeve
      Sport Grey Hoodie

      Dark Heather T-shirt
      Dark Heather Long Sleeve

      Royal Blue T-shirt
      Royal Blue Long Sleeve
      Royal Blue Hoodie

Note that the logo on the long sleeve will be the same size as it is on the hoodie!

The girls will be receiving their hoodies this week and you will see what the "sport grey" color is. The player's t-shirts that they received are the dark heather grey just so you have a reference of the difference in the 2 colors. The Royal blue will be like the t-shirt jerseys the club teams received.

Please let's just get this done asap!!

Remember, email Heather with your order (including shirt type, color and size) and please note that all sizes are unisex sizes. Heather will collect the money at practice this Sunday and Tuesday to have it ready to give to Tamalyn.

      Tournaments
Our tournament schedule is now confirmed! Here it is:

      Richmond - January 31, 2009 - Day tournament

      Capitol Hill Classic - February 14-16, 2009 - Washington, DC - 3 day tournament
      UVA - March 1, 2009 - Day tournament
      JMU - March 7, 2009 - Day tournament
      Shamrock Festival - March 14-15, 2009 - Roanoke, VA - 2 day tournament
      The Revolutionary Rumble - March 28-29, 2009 - Williamsburg, VA - 2 day tournament

We will have to wait as late as the day before the tournament to find out the specific play/work schedule but I will be emailing/posting those details as soon as I have them.

      Uniforms
We will be getting jerseys this year. They have been ordered already and should be here in the next couple of weeks.

      Personal Volleyballs
Each player got their personal volleyball at practice today and have decorated them so they will be easy to keep track of. Please remember to bring your ball to each practice and tournament in the future. With as many as four teams practicing at once, it is important that we can count on our new team balls in addition to the older, club balls. I will bring a couple extra balls to each tournament but not enough for the entire team so when you pack your bags to travel, make sure your ball is with you.

      Website Update
The following sections of the website have been updated tonight:
      Bonding, Schedule and Calendar.

The Bonding section of this website was added on January 7, 2009 @ 16:57. This section will be used to schedule our weekly team-bonding activities.

      Hotel for Capitol Hill Classic
THS only has 1 or 2 rooms a piece at the hotels within walking distance so I went ahead and accepted the contract for the Hyatt Regency. It's a mile away from the tournament and I haven't looked at Metro options but we'll make it work.

      Please go to this website:

      https://secure.thsweb.com/conroom/contractmain.cfm?password=BLLPMRDFMRSU

And click on the green "Add / Update Roomlist" link towards the bottom of the page to go in and claim your room. Everyone who is getting a room needs to go ahead and get their info in to get their own room by the 10th, which is this Saturday, but I prefer you go ahead and take care of it today or tomorrow. It looks like any rooms that aren't claimed by an individual will be released after the 10th.

If you have problems with this, let me know.

      Tournaments Update
I have gotten feedback from players that they had a lot of fun at the Capitol Hill Classic tournament last year. We do not have to rule that out but it is the more expensive tournament. We can also consider Monument City Classic but I prefer that we do not go to Monument because it is so early in the season. I would rather have the day tournaments first and end with the multiple day tournaments. Also know that Monument, Capitol Hill and the Big South are all three-day tournaments and more expensive so we can only attend one of those three tournaments, in addition to Shamrock and either Junior High Neighbor or Revolutionary Rumble. We could also opt to forget the three-day tournaments and stick to two-day tournaments by going to Shamrock, Junior High Neighbor and Revolutionary Rumble. We need to make these decisions ASAP, though. Let's discuss this at the Tuesday practice. Please plan to email me with your final vote by Wednesday at 9pm so that we can get registered to our choice tournaments before they all fill up. Remember to let me know if there are any tournaments you know you won't be able to attend.

So, to recap, here are our tournament options:

      Monument City Classic - January 17-19, 2009 - Richmond, VA - 3 day tournament
      Capitol Hill Classic - February 14-16, 2009 - Washington, DC - 3 day tournament
      Shamrock Festival - March 14-15, 2009 - Roanoke, VA - 2 day tournament - definitely attending
      Big South Qualifier - April 3-5, 2009 - Atlanta, GA - 3 day tournament
      Junior Hi Neighbor - April 11-12, 2009 - Asheville, NC - 2 day tourament
The Revolutionary Rumble - dates unknown - Williamsburg, VA - 2 day tournament

      Registering through WebPoint
All players must register to ODR USA Volleyball through WebPoint. Here is the link for players who played on any Junior team last year:

      http://www.odrvb.org/2009files/webpoint_instructions_juniors_returning.pdf

And here is a link for any players who did not play Juniors last year:

      http://www.odrvb.org/2009files/webpoint_instructions_juniors_new.pdf

I understand that registration is a hassle. Just make sure you have some time to concentrate to it when you go to register. This is also important: be sure that you don't pay any fees during or after registration. We will take care of the fees once everyone on the team has registered. Please send an email to me once you have registered so that I can let Tamalyn and Mark know once everyone has completed the process.

      Uniforms
I got numbers from almost all the players on Sunday. Assuming everyone agrees, we will order jerseys (as opposed to t-shirts) for this year's team with an estimated $60 extra cost. It looks like we will be going with Under Armour. I need to know everyone's sizes this week so we can order.

      Entry for December 14, 2008 @ 10:35pm

      Practice Schedule
Tuesdays at Patrick Henry from 6:30 to 8:30Sundays at Patrick Henry from 1:30 to 3:30

***We're looking into some team bonding time after Sunday practices. This will most likely take place at the nearby church, Westhampton Christian Church. This would last until 5pm. I'll post an update when this is set in stone.***

      Team Parents
We need one or two parents to volunteer to organize refreshments to have at tournaments and to organize hotel arrangements for our out-of-town multiple day tournaments. Interested volunteers should email me ASAP.

      Possible Tournaments
*Shamrock is the only definite. It's the weekend of March 14th.
*Junior High Neighbor in Asheville, North Caroline is an option. This year it's over Easter, the weekend of April 11th. I like this tournament but since it is over Easter, it may turn out that everyone prefers to pick a different tournament.
*Revolutionary Rumble in Williamsburg, Virginia. The dates have not been set for this year's tournament but last year it was the weekend of April 26th.
*Big South Qualifier in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a big tournament over the weekend of April 3rd. When I mentioned the Capitol Hill Classic in DC to Tamalyn, she said that it's very expensive, that hotels, parking and admission is all expensive and that the Big South Qualifier would be a better tournament for us with more college recruiters there.

So, we can pick two of those three to add to our schedule. Please be thinking about your preferences so we can make decisions ASAP.

      Secret Santas
I thought it might be fun to do Secret Santas. It would be something small like candy or cookies ... I was also thinking we could do it the Sunday after Christmas to extend the season of giving a bit, so that things will be on sale and in case you get a stocking stuffer or something along those lines that you'd rather give to a teammate. If anyone has any objections or concerns about this, let me know. And if everyone is on board, we could draw names at practice this Tuesday so we have a chance to get to know our Secret Santas better over the next couple weeks.

      Forum
I've added everyone to the Forum. The link is in the left hand frame of this page. Please email me if you have any problems accessing the forum.

*Please note that the "Store" listed in the left hand frame is not a Roanoke Juniors store. Roanoke Juniors does not profit from any purchase you make but it does support BallCharts, who sponsor this team page for free.
