| Game Notes: Kevin Gill threw a stong five innings for Coquitlam, but the story of the game was too many walks and too many errors by the Kelowna Cubs, as the Red pounded the Cubs 12-1 in the first game of Saturday's twin bill at Elks. David Kington led Coquitlam at the plate, with a single and double. Jordan Valgardson's triple, and singles by Jeff Anderson and Ryan McCredie were the only offence Kelowna could muster.
