| Game Notes: It seems there were a bit of nerves starting our first game. The Flames were able to record the first shot, at the 3 minutes mark, resulting in the opening goal. The Flames got some energy from this, bringing the ball back into our end, recording a couple of more on our net, before our defense was able to clear the ball down field. Marcus took our first corner, setting up Daniel for our first shot on their net at the 18 minute mark. The first foul would would be drawn by Jonathan at the 21 minute mark. Our first foul was made by Andrew at the 30 minute mark. The second half was mostly our half, but we were unable to beat the Flames keeper. We had several great chances, including a fabulous header from Isaac off a corner kick. A difficult missed handball, which would have let us tie the game. Overall, a decent effort. | |||||
