| Game Notes: The Thunder advanced to Sunday's championship round of the District Play-offs with a 14-4 win over #4 Burnsville in six innings. Righthander Brad "B-Train" Landgrebe (2-1) went the route, yielding just two earned runs on five hits. He walked three and struck out five. Five Thunder batters had multi-hit games, led by Mitch Haug (2RS,3RBI) who ended the game with a run-scoring single, and Jeremy "JJ" McKay (21B,2B,RBI) with three apiece. Nick "the Quick" Molitor (2RBI,SB,RS), Beau "Ichibeau" Jacobson (2RS,RBI), and Matt Neutz (2RS,RBI) each had two hits. Rookie Pat Coyne (3B,RS), Adam Yahnke (2B,RS), Jake Kruegel (2B, 2BB, RBI), "Easy" Eddie Hagberg (RS,RBI) and Landgrebe all added hits for the club.
