Game
Notes:
The Thunder (5-3, 3-2) dropped a 6-2 decision to division leader Eagan Sunday night. The loss was the club's third in their last four contests and left them 2 games back in the South Division race at the mid point of their league schedule. After taking a 2-0 lead into the fifth, the Thunder was unable to close the deal. Eastview's defense committed four errors, leading to four unearned runs for the Patriots. The offense was held to just six hits and a season-low for run production. Righthander Casey Jacobson (1-2) gave the Thunder another quality start, going the route and allowing just two earned runs on six hits. He walked three and struck out five. The Thunder will look to get back to its winning ways with a road game against Lakeville North Monday at Elko. Eastview took the first match-up between the teams.
