| Game Notes: The Bad Boys have never beat the Cascades. They're now 0-4 all-time vs the "Tacoma" team. The Bad Boys' feet are now firmly cemented on the cellar floor at 1-9. After a rough start, Bad Boy hurler Danny Clemans(0-3) ended up going the distance, giving your favorite team a chance to comeback. Clemans' presence was felt at the dish as well, demonstrating oppo power on his bases clearing triple in the third. Bad Boy hitters were quite patient, drawing 12 walks and 2 hit by pitches. They only mustered 5 hits, however. Besides Clemans shot there's not much to write home about with the 13 base runners left stranded in the 7 inning contest. Who says a walk is as good as a hit? Russell Breedlove was 2-3 to continue his hot hitting that now has his season average up to .269. In his last 3 games the Glove Muscle is 5-7(.714) with an on base percentage of .800. Travis Thomas was 1-1 with 2 walks, a run scored, and a stolen base, raising his career average to .397. He left early to go fight crime, leaving the Bad Boys with an automatic out in the 6th inning. The Bad Boys are now on their second time through the league, starting with the Lineup Sunday at Bellarmine. | ||||||||||
