| Game Notes: It seems as though the Bad Boys need to play a flawless game to come away with a win... and they didn't. Bad Boy pitcher Marc Grenon(0-1) worked a respectable six innings in his starting debut. Grenon gave up only 3 earned runs in his 6 innings of work. The Bad Boys offense got hits from only 3 players. Matt Aukland was 2-3 with a 2B, a BB, 3 SB's, and 3 runs scored. Aukland now has 12 SB's on the season, and in 3 games versus the Cascades he is batting 6-10 with 5 runs scored and 4 stolen bases. Travis Thomas was 2-4 on the night with a couple of singles. Jeremy Acree was 3-4 with 2 RBI's, and raised his career average versus the Cascades to .636 with 4 RBI's. The lasting memory will be Jared Podruchny's web gem. On a dead sprint, with his back to the infield, Jared made an over the shoulder catch of a Cascades blast while crashing into the fence in straight away left. The Bad Boys are now 3-11-1 and take on the Grizz this Sunday in Eatonville. | ||||||||||
