| Game Notes: This was no track suit party! The defending champs take it to the Bad Boys. The Bad Boys didn't exactly put up a fight. 10 K's and 5 errors to go along with only 5 hits? Two hits by starting pitcher Mark Stewart(1-2), who has gone 4 for his last 7 to raise his average to .368, was one of the few bright spots. Jeremy Acree drove in Travis Thomas for the Bad Boys lone run to reclaim sole posession of the team RBI lead. Defensively, a couple plays stand out... in a good way. John Stewart and Steve Sloboda made excellent diving plays on fly balls. Marc Grenon was his usual self on the hill shutting down the Monarchs in the 5th and 6th innings. Grenon yielded just 1 unearned run while striking out 3 in his two innings of work. Rocky Balboa once told Clubber Lang, "You ain't so bad! You ain't so bad! You ain't nothin'!"
