| Details?: | Whalley BC.....The Chiefs announce details for the 2nd session of off season strength and conditioning.Starting Feb.2 Monday and running through Saturday March 28( 8 weeks )The weekly workout schedule will be very similar to the 1st session.You will be assigned workout groups to keep numbers more manageable.Mondays are for core work, Tuesdays and Thursdays will be for hitting and throwing outside and Saturdays for pitchers and catchers.This is mandatory for all players.Cost is $199.00 payable to Whalley Chiefs Baseball.Questions can be directed to any of the Chiefs coaching staff. |
