We would like to participate in 2 tournaments this year - 1 at home and 1 out of town.

The home tourney we have selected is the Jayden Elmore Memorial Tournament. Here's the scoop:
Jayden Elmore Memorial Tournament
When: November 30 to December 2nd, 2007
Where: Western Fair Sports Complex

This is a HOUSELEAGUE, no body checking tournament. We have done this tournament for several years now and the kids really enjoy it. This is our home tournament, put on by SSE Wild Hockey, so let's support our league!

Cost per player is $47.00

Tournaments like this one are very popular and fill-up fast. Therefore, we will be collecting for this tournament at practice on Friday, October 19.



St. Julia March Break Tournament
When: March 9 to 12, 2008
Where: St. Catharines, Ontario at the NEW St. Catherines Sportsplex
Cost per player: $43
Hotel accomodations: We'll be booking a block of rooms at the Niagara Falls Courtyard Marriott. This hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant and small arcade room. The hotel is approximately 13 miles/20 minutes drive from the St Catharines Sportsplex.

We have secured a group rate with the Courtyard Marriott of $65.00 per night for the evenings of March 9 & 10 (regular rate is $79.95 per night). See Coach Darryl and parent rep Susie Shin at the next practice for details
