The goals of the Chemainus Reds Peewee baseball team are:

1. To help players to develop baseball skills, and learn to be good sports - whether we Win or Lose - we expect players to have the highest level of respect for themselves, fellow players, coaches, umpires and the opposition..

2. To have FUN! Baseball is a game. A game that we love to play. We have to remember that at all times.

3. We are in to win. While winning isn't our ultimate goal, the kids will be working hard, and there are few greater experiences for young kids than when they do pull together, pick each other up when they're down, and do get to experience the joy of winning together.
