Coaching philosophy:

          To build life long winning attitude thru commitment, determination, and dedication.

          Soccer is a great sport to develop personal skills to incorporate in team concept to build life long winning attitude.

          I strongly believe in 1. Positive reinforcement by appraising well executed plays of all involved players rather than just one who finished play like scorer. Final scoring opportunity comes from the well organized efforts of team work and all must be appraised, and 2. Constructive coaching by pointing out the mistakes with corrective directions of why and how.

          To do this effectively, I must have commitment, determination, and dedication from all players and sincere support from all parents and families just as I am eager to give my 100 percent.
