1. Fundraising Items- There are no items to sell our season ticket sales are used to offset operating budget and other operation cost,such as team security .

2. Manadatory play rules-We do not have a mandatory play rule all our players are given positions and taught it ,and are expected to play in each game.

3. Abusive coaches- Abuse is not an option its not tolerated on staff and team security will deal with it swiftly and professionally.

4. How long is the season and practice- We will start with a 3 day evaluation,conditioning, and move into system install starting August . The practices are 3 days each week check our calendar on website for days,and our final game is in November.

5. Refunds- There are no refunds after first practice.

6. Parents responsible for players- Thigh and knee pad set,a practice jersey, players shoes ,and his first mouth piece, For Cheer/Dance sox,shoes,misc.items.

7. Rain and Practice- Depending on how much rain and severe risk of lightning, 2 hours before practice notice will be in effect and may be held indoors.

8. Parents attending practices- Not mandatory but you should, but we also understand that it may not be possible all we ask is be on time to pick up your child at the end of practice,we know too there will be times when you may be a few minutes late.

9. Game day- There are no pets,smoking,or alcoholic beverages allowed also no coolers,food or drink only exception is the team Mom/Dad or coach bringing items for the players or cheer/dance teams.

10. Our coaches are certified and have CPR, First Aid, Health and Safety training and Concussion Awareness training.

11. The Benbrook Stars play all 6 home games at Southwest Christian Academy School located just south of Benbrook Lake 7001 Benbrook Lake Drive.

12. Do we travel- Yes we are giving our players the experience of being able to see and compete against other outstanding talented players from across the state ,we play and return home the same day parents will have the needed information when our schedule is released before first practice.

13. There are no 7th grade players allowed age 10-12 cut off and  in 4th thru 6th grade to be on our varsity.

14. We schedule to play the best competition willing to lineup on the other side .

15. We are very comfortable that in our system of drills and technique teaching, we can train any player who is willing to learn the game of football how to play and perform up to the players athletic abilities,our players are also recruited to be on the Stars team and receive a Red Star recruiting folder inviting them to the level of competitive football in preparation for junior high school 7th grade play most players already 12 years of age are recruited for the Spring season, we conduct a scouting report on players 10u and follow their progress and in some situation's may recruit that player after visiting with the parent if his skill set is well above the recreation level play of youth football.
