1.0  Ideal situation:
       - start on time
       - balanced teams
       - avoid injury   

2.1   Pass the ball.  Pass the ball.  Pass the ball.

2.2   Players do not decide who to play with or who NOT to play with. Make a conscious effort to make fair teams.

2.3   No direct kicks.  No wants to have the ball blasted at them.  

2'4    No penalty kicks.  This is not a competitive situation.  

2.5   No slides tackles.  Unnecssarty risk of taking a player down.  

2.6   Yield to the keeper.  Keeper, avoid being aggressive.  Two way street, avoid dangerous situations.

2.7   All situations - minimize physical contact and punishing shots.

2.8   Just say sorry if a potential conflict.  No need to prove that you are right, impossible anyways..

2.9   50 50 ball.  Let the other player have it.  Not worth getting injured, either yourself or the other player.

2.10 Frustrated, step away from the game.

2.11 No muttering, either out loud or under your breath.  Avoid excessive coaching.  Undesirable traits.  

Worth repeating - Your teammates may be your opponents next time.
