Thoughts on Start Time

Saturday booking time is always 10:00am. 
Tuesday evening is 7:00pm May thru July,
                                6:30 August,
                                6:00pm September. 

Would be ideal if we could start promptly but alas seldom happens.  Lots of reasons why not.
More than a few situations where lateness is habitual.
For those of you that could not be on time, thanks for coming.
Also a good group of players who do arrive on time almost always.  Appreciated.

Having balanced teams is much more difficult due to late arriving players.

Personally I would like to charge $2 for late arriving players.
Would not be fair to the group of players that could not be on time.
And difficult to administer.
