Roger Cowell is in his first season with the N W O Knights as our defensive coordinator. Coach Cowell was Head Coach of the Toledo Seminoles in 2005 and special teams coach in 2004. He also spent 3 season with the Southern Michigan Timberwolves as a DB, special teams, and conditioning coach.

Roger Cowell is a graduate of Morrison R. Watie High School, and played football all four years. His coaching career has span the last 25 years.

Coach Cowell resides in Toledo with his wife Paula, two daughters Ashleigh and Lindsey, and granddaughter Kendra.
