Parents---This is where you will always get the scoop!
DCA Tournament Details: Friday, Aug. 16th the team will leave TOGETHER at 3:30. Drivers please arrive by 3:20 so that we can get players and their luggage loaded. We will go to the Opry Mills Food Court FIRST for supper @ 5:30. Players will need $$$ ($25-$30) for supper and concessions on Saturday (breakfast provided at the hotel). At 6:30 the team will leave for the Country Inn & Suites at 3423 Percy Priest Dr., Nashville. Once at the hotel, players will be given their room key. ALL PLAYERS will need to meet in the breakfast area at the hotel at 7:30 for SUPER HAPPY FUN TEAM TIME!! Players must be in their assigned room by 10 p.m. for room check.
Players may order a team hoodie. The hoodies will be black with player's initials printed inside a volleyball on the front of the hoodie. Hoodies will be a Bella Canvas Sponge Microfleece. Cost is $30. Please let Coach Jill know by August 7th if your player wants one.
For Home matches, parents may bring food for players to the gym lobby at 4:00. Please label food left in the lobby.
If anyone has gently used volleyball shoes or knee pads that they would like pass on to a new player, it would be greatly appreciated!
