The Texas Indoor Football League

Is an intergrated first of its kind training academy specific to teaching the conditioning system and technical training skills needed to advance into the professional level of the sport of football.

The academy school AI1 test perspective players through classroom training, conditioning, and on field technical training for prospect and pro-ready tested talent.

Our program covers a semester of conditioning classroom training and technical skills development and game play over 15 weeks, players can only attain entry into the AI1 academy by first testing through the Combine 21u testing service.

Players are graded throughout the journey, based upon 24 total hours of classroom session and field development system's those evaluations are used by instructors to follow a players progress.

This AI1 Academy Institute and Texas Indoor Football League are the first tier 1 level Class A program of its kind, to develop talent starting at the rookie level specific to developing prospect talent for a possible career in the sport of indoor football, the AI1 academy train, condition and teach skill development, Once a talent complete's the session they are then tested through hands on in field development the Texas Indoor Football League serves as the hands on training process for this.

The league operates as a non-profit 501c7, it is not an acting agency for players but does help players reach out for possible job offers through a trial system, whereas potential organizations interested in hiring the talent can offer a short Player Development Contract- we call a Contract To Hire trial process period, this allows the organization to see if the players fit the culture of that team before hiring, this is a standard hiring procedure in many industries, but not currently being used as a hiring tool in sports at any level.

There currently is no organization using this process, that will need to become the norm for the indoor football industry to foster growth and job opportunities for potential talent looking to enter the entry level system of professional football.

Business Name Analysis

Brief Description of company name-Texas Indoor Football League

Many companies conduct such name analysis attempting to find a mixture that will protray the business purpose, strength and identification possiblities to the public.

The TIFL -name analysis proposes a business which will have success and financial accumulation, influence and ability to understand where and when to spend necessary funds when needed.

Policy that will benefit volunteer's interns and employee's without overestimating resources, while creating an environment that is active, expansive verbally expressive and good natured atmosphere without duress, arrogance or sarcasm.

It must not over spend creating financial difficulties before a solid foundation for growth can be obtained, the name does bring a certain level of success if it can contain the tendency to over spend or use systems that could stress its operational procedures.

Reason behind such a labor intensive developed concept:

High Country Grizzlies

Owners and coach-Bryan Bouboulis, William Thompson, and Josh Resignalo

Coming from the coaches side of it, we began to get nicks and bruises and then some of our main talent went down with severe injuries like torn biceps, and elbow dislocations. Some of our key players were out for three of four games and some for the entire season. Going out and grabbing talent late in the season in the arena/indoor league when 90% of the players around the country are already signed it creates a hard position for you, going after real arena talent.
