Royals sweep Outlaws

The Royals took to the field last night for a doubleheader vs the Outlaws. The first game saw the Royals shut out the Outlaws 12-0 behind a strong pitching performance from Colin Bauml and Eric Bollefer. The defence didn't make an error and Brent Puetz had a bomb and a double with 5 rbis in the win. Game two saw the lead go back and forth before the Royals pulled away in the 7th winning 14-8. Brent Puetz hit another home run. The defence was a little suspect making three errors, but Mathew Strueby and Nick Anderson battled hard on the mound with Nick getting the win. Next action is the this Sunday in Marysburg against the Blue Jays. First game is at 1pm.
