Game Notes: Well if we haven't hit rock bottom we have to be close. The Richmond Athletics travelled to Aldergrove for their first trip to our ball park, well they kinda liked it. The A's pounded out twenty two hits on their way to a 0-16 defeat of our Giants. The pitching which has been one of our positives wasn't as bad as the score indicates. Starter Jacob H gave up season highs in hits and earned runs and runs leaving after 5. Trevor C then came in and he got wacked for six runs and eight hits. Another positive of the night had second year pitcher Mark F pitched three solid innings giving up one run on three hits and striking out four. Mark also had two hits. The Giants offense was led by Tyler J and Gavin Mac with two hits each singles to Jacob H, Jordan F and Greg M had a double.
