THE FUNDAMENTALS

1. Stance: get to balance and base quickly—keep your game tight!
2. Footwork: movement is purposeful--violence to control, back to violence!
3. Vision:  gain sight and insight…see the floor!
4. Communication:  verbal and visual!
5. Deception:  play the game, make it fun!
6. Anticipation:  actors beat reactors!
7. Determination:  whose ball is it?

PLAYING HARD

1. We outwork people.
2. We make things happen.
3. We are in great condition.
4. We do not give up.
5. We are physically TOUGH.

PLAYING SMART

1. We know the fundamentals and execute them quickly.
2. We “think” and “read” the game.
