Eagles Celebrate with Banquet, Awards and some Pumpkin Softball

The 2012 Lady Eagles Softball team held its annual awards banquet on Tuesday, June 5.  The team celebrated its return to regionals after a one year absence.  Letters, bars and certificates were given out for participation and making all academic, all district and all region.

 Western Valley All Academic team- Brittany Flora, Ashley Searing, Jordan Whitcomb, Sierra Naff,     Mackenzie Chitwood, Taylor Greenway, Hannah Dudley, Valerie Chattin, Hali Saul
 
1st team All Western Valley District-  Brittany Flora, Lindsay Jones, Ashley Searing, Jordan Whitcomb,  Mackenzie Chitwood

2nd team All Western Valley District- Hannah Dudley, Hali Saul, Taylor Greenway, Sierra Naff, Shelby Wray

1st Team All   Northwest Region- Mackenzie Chitwood

2nd Team All Northwest Region- Brittany Flora and Ashley Searing

Honorable Mention All state- Mackenzie Chitwood

Other awards given out included the following:

Best Offensvie Player- Mackenzie Chitwood

Best Defensive Player- Shelby Wray

Coach's Award- Lindsay Jones

Eagle Award- Ashley Searing and Brittany Flora

Shannon Manning Scholarship- Ashley Searing and Brittany Flora
