Docs Bow Out of State Tournament

The Docs lost two one-run games at the American Legion State Tournament to end their season.  They lost to Corvallis on Saturday 4-3, when the Marketmen scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to walk-off with the win.  They lost by the same score of 4-3 to the Hillsboro Barbers on Sunday evening, bringing the 2018 season to a close.

The Docs improved on last year's record, finishing this year at 22-22. The team was young and most of the players are eligible to return next year, which promises to be even better.

Please come out to support the remaining teams in the State Tournament, which runs through Wednesday, August 1.  Show the State Legion folks that Roseburg is a great place to hold a state or regional tournament.
