Supers Split on the Road

The Canora Supers went on the road for back to back games on June 20 and 21 in Langenburg and Yorkton respectively.
June 20 - Supers 3 at Langenburg Legends 8
On this evening the Supers just could not get much going offensively, as Legends pitcher Jose Mendez kept the Supers to just three runs on eight hits in an 8-3 Legend victory.
Kody Rock continued his stellar season with three singles and two rbi. Shae Peterson had a single and a double. Evan Rostotski, Kholton Shewchuk, and Canora Reds call up Porter Wolkowski each had one single apiece. Porter made his Supers debut and also scored a run. Hunter Lamb drew two walks and scored a run
Shewchuk pitched four innings and took the loss. Shae Peterson came in relief allowing no runs on four hits with one strikeout in an impressive pitching debut
June 21 - Supers 9 at Yorkton Marlins 0
This evening was the Kody Rock Show, and everyone had a front row seat. He started on the hill, and gave up just one hit with eighteen strikeouts in what can only be described as a masterpiece in a 9-0 Supers win.
The bats were in fine form, as Clay Sleeva had three singles. Parkland AA Expos callup Jeff Stewart had a single and an extremely hard hit triple to deep center. Rock and Derek Palagian each had two singles. Kholton Shewchuk, Travis Mentanko, Logan Wolkowski, and Brendon Landstad each had a single. The offence put up three runs in the third, fifth, and seventh innings respectively.
After the two game trip the Supers record sits at 5-2.
