Brianna Pinto Named NFCA Third Team All-Region

Pinto set a new program single-season record with her .431 batting average over 46 starts and 123 at-bats, also going an incredible 28-for-28 in stolen base attempts, third-most in a single season. The thefts pushed the senior outfielder up to fourth all-time at Fordham with 60 stolen bases. Pinto slashed .431/.462/.553 with nine extra-base hits, including her first two career home runs – one a walk-off grand slam and the other an inside-the-park home run – with a team-high 53 hits and the second-most runs on the team, 33. Her on-base percentage this season was also 10th-highest all-time. As a result of her season she was named Second Team All-Conference.
