Tri-City Canadians Stays Scrappy In Loss To Whistler

- Despite a 4-run deficit in the third inning, Tri-City Canadians almost came all the way back, eventually falling 4-3 to Whistler on Saturday. Tri-City Canadians scored one run on a double in the fourth inning.
- Adam Wilkes led things off on the pitcher's mound for Tri-City Canadians. He went six innings, allowing on ER on five hits, striking out four and walking one. He was not helped out by 4 errors by his defence.
- David Spalding, Jeff Croll, Alex Wong, and Fran Quitana each managed one hit to lead Tri-City Canadians.
- Whistler tallied five hits in the game. Whistler tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases.
