MISSION STATEMENT
Corporate Wellness provides guidance and instructions of fitness, weight release, and dance to achieve good health wholesome eating habits, positive and spiritual well being.

SERVICE MISSION
We provide wellness programs to the corporate business in our community.

Non-membership, which includes access to certified and degreed fitness specialist,  offering classes designed to enhance self awareness while increasing your physical strength and endurance.

CLASSES OFFERED
Our classes provide you with the following ways to identify stress signals and indicators, posture improvement for tension, strength building for greater resistance to stress, techniques for the work place that is design to alleviate tension before it builds true stress.
Safe exercises that brings energy to the body and
Breathing technique that supports healthy mood management.

                      Welcome to Corporate Wellness Classes

Group exercise classes are taught by certified instructors and are offered at a variety of times.

We offer a variety of classes and can accommodate individuals of all skill levels.  

General Attendance Policies:

You must sign in for each class you attend.

You may only sign in for yourself.

Class size may be limited and is on a first come-first serve basis. No reserving a space for another person.

Check Group Exercise bulletin board or website for updates and cancellations.

Please be sure that you wear appropriate footwear for (aerobic, walking, running or cross-training shoes).

Please bring a water bottle and a towel.

Please arrive a few minutes early. Many classes fill up 5 minutes before their starting times.

If you have an injury or other significant medical condition, please inform the instructor before class.

Children under 12yrs. are not permitted in the group room.

Equipment provided for different exercises (hand weights, medicine balls, mats, steps, etc.) may not be taken out of the designated group room or area. 

AEROBICS ROOM  SAFETY RULE  

 

 

 WIPE DOWN MATS AND EQUIPMENT WITH TOWEL OR SANITARY WIPES AFTER USE

   

 

 RETURN EQUIPMENT TO PROPER STORAGE LOCATION AFTER USE & NEATLY ARRANGE.  

 

                                                            

  FOOD, GUM, BEVERAGES, AND GLASS ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

 

 

PROPER WORKOUT ATTIRE 

         

                                                           

                             REQUIRED DRESS CODE POLICY.                  

 

                                                               

           REPORT ALL LOSSES OR INJURIES TO THE STAFF.
