Bulldogs Open Postseason With Big Win

Any postseason win is a big win! On Friday, May 7th a 9 hit, 10 run Bulldog attack downed the Rangers from Unaka to the score of 10-2. Parker Henry is finishing the season in style. The lefty hitting-righty throwing senior had two big hits, including his third triple of the 2021 season! Henry's season batting average is now a robust .374! Collin Morgan stepped up big on the postseason stage, as the lefty had two big hits, including a double, stole two bases, and made a nice sliding catch in right field. Conor Jones continued what he has done all season, and thats turn heads on the baseball diamond. The quarterback had two hits, including a triple of his own, in addition to making plays in left field, and later, second base. Rookie, Chance Point stole his Northeast Tennessee leading 30th base of the season! McKinley Kuhn has worked and grinded his way into a solid, solid season, as the big 1B collected an RBI on a Safety Squeeze bunt and a base knock up the middle by the Ranger second baseman. Brody Hicks, who will start Saturday, May 8th on the mound vs. North Greene, struck out the side in the 7th in impressive fashion. First pitch is at 1:00 at David Crockett High School.
