May 23/2011 - Spruce Grove White Sox win the 2011 Midget Selects tournament in Moose Jaw defeating the Regina Wolfpack 7-1 in the semi-final and Moose Jaw Cardinals 8-0 in the final.
June 8/2011 - Congratulations to former Spruce Grove White Sox LHP Sheldon McDonald for being drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 33rd round.
July 3/2011 - White Sox win the 2011 Kamloops Riverdogs annual Canada Day tournament defeating the Sherwood Park Dukes 3-1 in the semi-final and the Kamloops Riverdogs 2-1 in the final.
July 28/2011 - Congratulations to Chance Wheatley, Connor Girard, Joe Pasychnyk, and Logan Seifrit for being selected to Team Alberta for the 2011 Canada Cup in Moncton, NB August 10-15.

May 13/2010 - Former Spruce Grove White Sox LHP Sheldon McDonald named to the All-NAIA West Team.
May 17/2010 - Congratulations to former Spruce Grove White Sox Myles Ethier, Kail Ethier, Gerritt Mutchler, Braxton Hyland, and Kevin Inch for winning the CCBC National Championship in Kamloops, BC. Myles pitched 15 innings in the tournament and picked up 2 wins, including the final, for the VIBI Mariners.
June 26/2010 - Congratulations to former Spruce Grove White Sox LHP Sheldon McDonald and Spruce Grove resident Aaron Dunsmore for being named to the Baseball Canada roster for the World University Baseball Championship in Japan July 30 - August 7.

Aug 17/2010 - Congratulations to RHP Logan Seifrit for being selected to attend the Canadian Junior National Team tryout in Orlando, FL at the Disney Sports Complex in October.
Aug 22/2010 - Spruce Grove White Sox finish the AABC U-16 Championship in 3rd place.
Oct 26/2010 - Joel Baruta is named Midget AAA Player of the Year for 2010. Joel is the 3rd White Sox player to win the award since its inception in 2005. Sheldon McDonald won it 2005 and Josh Edwards in 2007.
